How do I prepare for my 1st day at a Strength Camp?
First, be mentally prepared to work harder than you can even imagine.
You will want to bring: 1.5 Liters of water, minimum; workout clothes, running shoes and a small towel.
What sports are best suited for Strength Camps?
Due to the nature of the training we have found that the athletes who benefit most from strength camps participate in the following sports: Football, Soft/Baseball, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Basketball, Wrestling, Martial Arts, Sprinters, Jumpers, Tennis, Volleyball, Olympic Weightlifting, Power lifting, Strong Man Competitions and, ‘Weekend Warriors’
What if I just want to “get in shape”?
Strength Camp is a place where we train to become ‘The Strongest Version of Ourselves”.  If you are willing to work hard and give quality effort to achieve your goals, then Strength Camp can help you.
How fast will I see results?
It depends on how hard you are willing to work, how often you attend your scheduled strength camps, how well you treat your body (rest and nutrition) when you are not training. Bottom line is… we’ve designed the programs and back them with our iron clad, no questions asked, money back guarantee... all you need to do is follow our lead and you WILL get stronger and faster, in the minimum time.
I already lift weights, why do I need to join a Strength Camp?
YES! Now, let me ask you a question… if you wanted to learn how to do Algebra, you would go to school and study under a teacher who has spent years and years studying the subject of Algebra and has learned how to teach it… correct?
Well the same applies with weight training and sports performance. I and my staff design highly detailed and scientifically sound exercise programs based on over 10 years of formal and experiential knowledge.
We have traveled the country, read hundreds of books and journals, and attended over $10,000 worth of seminars simply so that we have all the tools to make you the BEST. I promise that you can’t get the type of strength programs that we provide you with in any bodybuilding magazine or in the exercise section at the Bookstore.
I just want to get FASTER, not stronger, can a Strength Camp help me?
What many athletes and coaches don’t understand is that speed of all types begins with a foundation of relative strength. Simply put, the stronger you are the faster you will be… just look at the rock solid muscles on today’s Olympic Sprinters, do you think they got arms like that from sprinting alone? Not likely. With that being said, we spend a significant portion of our time on building speed through: Sprint Drills, Plyometrics and, Highly Explosive Speed Drills.

What happens when my sports season begins?
You will continue to strength train, but at a reduced frequency and volume. We have designed special “In-Season” Programs to meet the specific needs of our athletes.
It is essential that you do not lose all of the hard earned speed and strength during your sports season. Just imagine if Super Rugby players did not strength train during the in-season… they would all be fat, slow and injured come play-off time, just weeks after putting down the dumbbells!
I’m a coach… can my whole team join a Strength Camp?
Only if you want to become Champs!
Everyone knows that a team that trains together, stays together… there is nothing more empowering than looking across the field at your team mate and knowing that he/she worked just as hard as you did all off-season!
Also, we at Next Level Fitness Strength Camp will 1) train your athletes at your school or place of your choice and 2) we will design and support you in implementing a ‘Fundraising Combine’ which proceeds go directly to funding your strength camp.
I am in already in a training academy, should I attend Strength Camp too?
Yes. Many of our best athletes return every winter and summer break to update their strength training program and too keep them a head of the game. While their competition is on holiday stuffing their faces… our athletes are maximizing their talents and planning for a winning season
I am a professional athlete, should I attend a Strength Camp too?
It never ceases to amaze me how may Pro Athletes are just coasting by on their natural talents and ignoring their true potential by not training properly or giving 100% when they do!
If you are not content with simply ‘making the pros’ and seek to become “The Best of The Best”… then YES. You must attend NLF  Strength Camp too.

Become the strongest version of you today!
