Our specialized metabolic workouts use a mixture of Strength Training, Functional Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. Box Fit
The popular Box fit craze is continuing to sweep through New Zealand using non-body contact boxing moves to help shed those stubborn kilo’s and develop core strength and coordination.
Box fit is a cardiovascular workout increasing stamina in the heart and lungs. Sessions last about 45 mins and are for all levels of fitness. It is based on the training used for boxing so includes skipping, boxing drills, footwork and abdominal, focusing on fitness and toning.
You will do a mixture of drills on the bags. Sessions also include core work and an element of fitness and conditioning work.

1 on 1 Personal Training
For those wanting a more personalised program, Next Level Fitness is now offering 1 on 1 Personal Training. Jess will work with you every session, and provide you with a new personalised program. Jess will guide you through each new workout making sure that it suits your needs and you are confident in performing the exercises. Also, you will have full access to the gym to complete your training program outside of your sessions with Jess.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a certificate in Pre & Postnatal exercise. After I had my daughter, I wanted to learn how to empower people to incorporate health and fitness into every stage of their life, and became a PT so I could pass on what I have learnt and help you succeed in your quest to improve your health and fitness. I am so passionate about teaching you how to achieve your goals without restrictive or fad diets. I’m here to make your journey enjoyable! If loosing weight is your goal, I work alongside my clients to create habits for sustainable fat loss, I don’t believe in a quick fix. I’m here to set you up for life & everything I teach is evidence based and time proven. I love to empower women to continue to exercise safely through their pregnancy and after you have had your baby or babies. I work closely with your GP & women’s health physio to create a program that is safe & tailored to your individual needs. Team training is where you will find me hyping you up. No matter where in the room I am, I’m always watching so make sure you get the most from your training sessions. Next Level Mum Trainers provide a safe environment & effective exercise program for mums and mums to be.
Available for women who have given birth recently (given birth in the last year), who are down the track (after a few births and deliveries years ago) or are planning to become pregnant in the near future.
Our experienced and trusted trainers will work with you to provide the best care and personal service that you and baby deserve.

Strength Camp
The Next Level Fitness Strength Camp consists of hard working, dedicated men and women of all ages looking to shred fat and get fit. This group follows new programs set out each day by a highly skilled and trusted Strength & Conditioning Coach in a friendly environment, No need to book a specific time, just come during 5:30 – 10:30am and 3:00 – 7:00pm Monday to Friday and there will be a trainer available to help and guide you where needed... Whether you want to train for a specific sport, lose weight or just be healthier we have a program for you.

Youth Academy
The Next Level Fitness Youth Academy is a strength and fitness programme made specifically for 10-13 year olds. The aim of the programme is to increase their fitness, strength, and mobility.
Some benefits of our youth academy include improvement in movement patterns, coordination, and increased confidence.
This fun, well rounded youth programme will encourage them to not only improve physical ability, but also build their character and personality. They will learn how to put in maximum effort to be the best they can be and enjoy exercise.
