We understand gyms can be intimidating to those who are new to the environment.
To help you gain confidence and feel at home in the gym, we have developed the Next Level Fitness Starter Program.
This program is designed to help you get familiar with the atmosphere, learn, and understand the movement patterns we use, prevent potential injuries and meet other members.
This program introduces you to the Next Level Fitness methodology, fundamental exercise movements, and the intensity of the workouts. You’ll be performing Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Lunges, Pulls, and Core work. If these movements are unfamiliar to you, there’s no need to worry – everything is scaled to your ability.
If you have a chronic or temporary condition that may limit your ability to perform any movements, your personal trainer will provide you with an alternative exercise. We’ve had members ranging from elite athletes to elderly retirees all successfully complete this program. We have full confidence that you can too.
The starter program consists of between 2 to 6 foundation workouts with your personal trainer. You will learn about and participate in warm-up routines and post workout recovery. We will endeavour to answer any questions you have throughout the sessions.
Our starter program is a learning experience, not a gut check. You can’t “fail” the starter program. After you complete the 2-6 sessions with your personal trainer, you will be ready to jump into any of our daily training programs, group training sessions or personal training.
You’ll have the knowledge to move safely, efficiently, and effectively. The more you are educated about your body and how to do movements correctly, the lower your injury risk will be and the more you will get out of your workout and the faster your results will come.
