Next Level Fitness was created to provide you a better service than what a traditional gym offers. So my focus wasn’t on providing over priced equipment for you to basically rent and a flashy décor to distract you. No, my focus is on making sure my clients had a plan to follow to get them from point A to point B. I also wanted to make personal training affordable, as I believe you should have the opportunity to reach your goal and be healthy and happy. This is where I created my group training and semi private training systems. All the benefits of personal training at less than half the price.
Next Level Fitness Training programmes involve total body, resistance and cardio-based exercises done in quick succession with little or no rest between. Our protocols use a variety of work to rest ratios performed for multiple rounds. Typical workouts last 15 – 40 minutes (not including warm-up and cool-down). These programmes are designed to help you burn fat, build muscle and increase fitness in a fraction of the time and… they are super fun! |
