What is the Next Level Fitness Race? This isn’t your typical race — it’s a full-body fitness experience designed to challenge, motivate, and inspire athletes of all levels. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or you're a seasoned competitor, there's a category for you. You’ll take on: ✅ 12 x 400m runs ✅ 12 x strength & conditioning stations All workouts use functional equipment only: bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and weight plates. 🏃♂️ Race Categories

Yes, all participants must be at least 16 years old. Do the mixed pairs use different weights? No for the mixed pairs section, both athletes use the heavier weights Can the team relay section pick and choose which workouts they do? All relay members must complete their runs and workouts consecutively. |
