Since working as a personal trainer from 2006, I have worked with many sports clubs and organisations. These include NZ Golf, Chiefs Rugby, Waikato Rugby Union, Waikato Netball, and NZ Hockey, NZ Football athletes.
Every day I get to take my clients through their programs, advise them on nutrition and provide the support and motivation they need to succeed in reaching their goals. I love what I do. Seeing the look on a client’s face when they reach their goal, smash a PB, or even just lose weight for the first time is what motivates me to come to work. |

My name is Bradley and I’m absolutely pumped to be your 1 on 1 personal trainer and fitness coach at Next Level Fitness.
I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for sports, and a background in rugby and basketball. I started personal training to better my knowledge and technique for improving in training for sport and fitness and I found that I loved sharing my knowledge, seeing people improve and get results, and helping them become the best version of themselves. I’m passionate about helping you push yourself and building your self-confidence in the gym. My goal when working alongside clients is not only to help you enjoy our sessions and look forward to coming to the gym each time but to encourage you to always do the best you can. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger or build muscle mass, I look to create fully personalised programs suited to your individual needs to help you achieve results.
